Engineering & Infrastructure
Internal tools. Open sourcing soon.
These Ansible playbooks are used by our engineering team on every client deployment. They handle the repeatable, error-prone parts of server setup (SSL, nginx, Docker, VPN) so we're not rebuilding the same foundation each time. Open sourcing because they're good enough to share.
Get early access
We notify subscribers when a new tool releases: with install instructions, a demo, and a limited early-access managed install offer. No spam. One email per release.
Why we open source
We build it. We use it. We share it.
Common questions
Frequently asked questions
Which product is right for us?
Use the finder table at the top of this page as a starting point: stockouts and decision lag point to OpsGrid, ERP queries over WhatsApp or Teams point to AskOps, internal document search points to QHub Wiki, and FMCG or export trade operations point to TradeFlow Crew. Most clients start with one product and add a second once the first is live.
What does OpsGrid's "active beta" mean, and what does it cost?
OpsGrid is live in production with a mid-market manufacturer, currently in an active beta with 13 spots open. Contact us for beta pricing. It runs on your existing Dynamics 365 Business Central and Microsoft Teams, live in about 3 weeks.
Is QHub Wiki actually free?
Yes. QHub Wiki is Apache 2.0 licensed, self-hosted, and $0/month with unlimited users. Deploy it yourself in about 30 to 45 minutes, or pay $299 for a managed install. Your data stays on your own server either way.
Do these products connect to our existing ERP, or do we have to migrate anything?
No migration. AskOps is a custom implementation built on an agentic AI framework, answering questions from WhatsApp, Teams, or Slack. Business Central connections are proven today. SAP, NetSuite, broader Dynamics 365, and others are on the roadmap. Each is a fresh implementation scoped to that system's API access. OpsGrid runs directly on your existing Business Central data.
How long does deployment actually take?
QHub Wiki: about 30 to 45 minutes if you self-deploy. AskOps: 2 to 4 weeks for a custom implementation. OpsGrid: about 3 weeks. TradeFlow Crew: 5 days for initial infrastructure, phased rollout after that.
