Do we need a new app or platform?
No. AskOps works through WhatsApp, Microsoft Teams, or Slack — whatever your team already uses. There's nothing to install, no new login to manage, and no training required beyond sending a message.
How is AskOps different from OpsGrid?
AskOps is a reactive conversational layer — your team asks questions and gets answers from any ERP.
