Your orders are tracked in phone calls and chat messages.
Your factory learns what to pack at the morning briefing.
TradeFlow Crew is a B2B order management platform for FMCG distributors and manufacturers. Buyer portal, sales queue, factory queue, rate master, procurement planning — one shared order pipeline. Buyers see live status. The factory sees an aggregated packing plan. No coordination overhead.
Built for
FMCG distributors · Manufacturers · Exporters · 10 to 1,000 employees
Founder/MD · Head of Operations · Export Manager · COO · Head of Trade · VP Operations
You've already tried solving this with people.
- Your buyers call for order status. You call the factory. The factory calls back with an answer.
- Your rate master is a spreadsheet. Sales, export, and finance have different versions.
- Your factory supervisor knows what to pack because you told them this morning.
- Procurement planning is a chat thread with your supplier — and nobody's certain what was confirmed.
- You hired someone to coordinate what a system should handle.
Adding a coordinator delays the ceiling. The problem isn't headcount — it's that your buyers, your sales team, and your factory are working from different states of the same order.
"TradeFlow Crew has taken the weight off the sales and factory teams. We service more customers, faster. Buyers are happy with how simple it is to place and track orders."
— Founder, Anveeka Trade
The platform
Two portals. One pipeline.
Buyers order from their phones. Sales approves on mobile. The factory pulls an aggregated packing plan — no briefing, no chat messages. Every order moves through a 5-stage, role-gated pipeline. Both portals share the same order state: no sync, no duplicate data.
Buyer portal
Sales & Operations
Buyer Portal
Order grid across all products and pack sizes. Live status at each pipeline stage, with timestamps. Reorder any previous order in one tap. Normal, Outdoor, and Low-light display modes for field use. WhatsApp share on confirmation.
Sales Queue
All orders filterable by status, date, and buyer. Approve, hold, or verify in one tap. Verified buyers with no manual-review flag get auto-approval — orders go straight to the factory queue without sales touching them.
Factory Queue
Aggregated packing plan across all approved orders. Total quantities by product and pack size in one view. Factory team knows what to pack without reading individual order cards or chat messages. Filters: Pending, Active, Ready, Done Today.
Rate Master
Global pricing matrix, editable inline per tier. Four tiers: Local Shop, Local Shop (5kg), Distributor, White Label. Per-buyer price overrides stack on top of tier prices. Prices are snapshotted at order time — a rate change never affects placed orders.
Buyer Management
Full buyer list with search. Per buyer: tier assignment with audit log, per-SKU price overrides, verification status, account flags. Tier changes are logged with timestamp and staff initials.
Infrastructure
Edge infrastructure. No servers to manage, no downtime windows. Multi-tenant. Scales with buyer volume.
Procurement
Supplier-first PO flow — select supplier, see only their linked materials. Mark sent, record received quantities, auto-status (partial / received). BOM-driven shortfall detection: compares approved order demand against on-hand stock and flags gaps before production starts. WhatsApp share to supplier on any PO.
Stock & Setup
On-hand quantities for finished goods and processing inputs, with status chips (OK / Low / Out) sorted by urgency. Immutable stock ledger — every receipt, opening balance, and challan logged. Supplier, material, BOM, and plant master data with per-supplier MOQ and per-material reorder levels.
Month one of operations — 12 active buyers, 3-person team. Status calls from buyers to the sales team: 0. Buyers track their own orders via the portal.
Where this is going
Origin to buyer.
Domestic orders and procurement are live. Each phase extends the same platform across the full trade chain — raw material to overseas buyer. Phases 3 and 4 bring export documentation and overseas buyer portals into the same pipeline. Freight forwarders and overseas buyers become direct users of the same order state.
