Every order moves through a defined, role-gated, 5-stage pipeline. Both portals share the same order state — no sync required, no duplicate data.
Order grid across all products and pack sizes. Live status with timestamps. Reorder any previous order in one tap. Normal, Outdoor, and Low-light display modes for field use. WhatsApp share on confirmation.
All orders filterable by status, date, and buyer. Approve, hold, or verify in one tap. Verified buyers with no manual-review flag get auto-approval: their orders go straight to the factory. Sales sees only what needs attention.
Aggregated packing plan across all approved orders. Total quantities by product and pack size in one view. Factory team knows what to pack without reading individual order cards or chat messages. Filters: Pending, Active, Ready, Done Today.
Global pricing matrix editable inline per tier. Four tiers: Local Shop, Local Shop (5kg), Distributor, White Label. Per-buyer price overrides stack on top of tier prices. Prices snapshotted at order time. Changes never affect placed orders.
Full buyer list with search. Per buyer: tier assignment with audit log, per-SKU price overrides, verification status, account flags. Tier changes logged with timestamp and staff initials.
