Test your AI pilot and your decision path against your own numbers

Three tools for operations and finance leaders running an ERP. One scores where decisions stall. One nets AI spend and rework against the saving you claimed. One lists the 12 questions to answer before go-live.

No account for the calculator or the checklist. The diagnostic shows your total score free and asks for an email only to unlock the stage breakdown.

The three tools

Each tool answers one question. Pick the one that matches where your AI or approval process sits today.

Diagnostic

Decision Latency Diagnostic

Business Central flagged it Monday. Someone decided Friday. The diagnostic scores five stages of your own decision path (Signal, Route, Approve, Execute, Audit) and maps the gap to the stage where it sits.

  • Question Where do our decisions wait for an owner?
  • Length 12 questions, 3 minutes
  • You get A total score now. The score by stage unlocks with your email.

Calculator

AI ROI Calculator

Enter the cost of the exception before the agent, the cost after, your Copilot Credit use and your rework. The calculator nets them and grades whether your finance team would accept the savings claim.

  • Question Does the saving survive the credit bill?
  • Covers Expedite freight, stockout response, late purchase orders
  • You get Net monthly benefit and a 7-check grade. Nothing leaves your browser.

Checklist

AI-to-Operations Checklist

Most AI pilots that succeed in testing stall before production because nobody owns the decision the agent makes. Twelve questions across five sections: decision ownership, workflow integration, audit trail, data foundation and success metrics.

  • Question Is this deployment ready to go live?
  • Length 12 items, 5 sections, about 5 minutes
  • You get A readiness score. 10 to 12 means ready for production.

Which tool to use, and when

The checklist comes before launch. The calculator comes after the agent has run long enough to compare against a baseline. The diagnostic works at any point.

Common questions

Questions before you start

Are the IntelliConnectQ tools free?

Yes. The calculator and the checklist need no account and no email. The diagnostic shows your total score free. The breakdown by stage unlocks with your email.

Does IntelliConnectQ see the numbers I enter in the calculator?

No. The calculation runs in your browser. Nothing you enter is saved or sent to us.

Are the results benchmarks or predictions?

No. Results are indicative and come only from the figures you enter. Reference points on the calculator are published third-party figures with their own scope and date, listed on that page. Check them before a number goes into a budget or a board paper.

What do I do with a low score?

A low score points at a missing owner, a missing approval threshold or a missing audit trail. That layer is decision infrastructure. The articles in the AI Operations hub cover each gap.

Which tool should I use first?

Use the checklist before an AI deployment goes live, the calculator after an agent has run long enough to compare costs against a recorded baseline, and the diagnostic at any point when decisions stall between your ERP and the people who own them.
